How We Work

Discipline expressed at every stage of a transaction.

The firm operates as a small, named team. Each enquiry is owned by a principal who carries the file from first contact through final settlement.

• Counterparty

  Selected, not gathered

  We work with a small set of manufacturers, brokers, and end-buyers chosen against the same standards we apply to ourselves: financial discipline, clean documentation, and honest specifications. Volume is the consequence of doing the work properly, not the reason for it.

• Contracts

  Plain English, plain terms

  Each engagement is captured in a written agreement that names the goods, quantities, tolerances, lead times, payment terms, and recourse. We avoid undocumented arrangements and decline transactions whose structure cannot be described in a single page.

• Banking

  Documentary practice

  Our default is letters of credit, telegraphic transfers against documents, or other forms of bank-mediated settlement. We work in U.S. dollars, Hong Kong dollars, and renminbi where appropriate, with correspondent banks that can substantiate every leg of a payment chain.

• Operations

  Documented, not improvised

  Inspections, freight, customs, and insurance are coordinated through established forwarders and surveyors. Each shipment has a single owner inside the firm and a complete file: purchase order, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and inspection report.

Governance

Built for counterparties that ask questions.

We expect to be diligenced, and we structure the firm so that answers are quickly given.
